What this means for your family

While the facility is praised for its welcoming environment and high-quality dining, the recent decline in clinical care standards is concerning. If your loved one requires specialized medical care, such as ostomy management or complex post-surgical support, ensure you verify the specific training of the nursing staff before admission.

Key Review Excerpts

Besides the beauty and delicious meals of Linville Courts, the people, whether they are staff, therapists, or other members, are so welcoming and friendly. The therapists here were able to accommodate me and all my issues.

Rehab patient · 2019★★★★★

While a few of the nurses were genuinely skilled and compassionate, the overall nursing care for his new ostomy was severely lacking. His bag leaked multiple times, sometimes multiple times per day, indicating a widespread lack of proper training for this critical aspect of his care.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

Very friendly quiet place to live. So far the people we've met were very nice. And the who is delicious. I don't know who does the cooking out there but great job.
