What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its physical environment and rehabilitation therapy, making it a strong candidate for short-term recovery. However, families should be vigilant regarding daily care needs; we strongly recommend asking how the facility ensures timely responses to call lights and how they monitor hygiene and medication schedules for residents who cannot advocate for themselves.

Key Review Excerpts

The only problem that I had was later when we pushed the call light around 6pm we waited 30mins then I had to go to the nurses station were the nurse said she will try to find someone.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★

While the facility is nice and has lots of amenities the treatment I received by the nursing staff was a big joke; I am diabetic and while they checked my blood sugar semi regularly they never once gave me my insulin when I needed it.

Rehab patient · 2025★★☆☆☆

My mother, a current patient of this facility, had a bath Friday. Four days later she's still wearing the same pajama set. You'll definitely not have to do too much of your person's laundry if they are in this facility.
