What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest a positive shift under new administration, the facility has a long history of severe communication and hygiene issues. I strongly recommend visiting in person to inspect the specific unit where your loved one will stay and asking for a direct contact person for updates, as communication remains a recurring concern.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff is good. Housekeeping is excellent especially marissa. Therapy is great. Social services is good as well. Activities is pretty good. Adminsitration is amazing as well.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

The room was spacious and totally clean. The food was good and nutritionally healthy. Most importantly, the staff were excellent and attentive. I was checked on several times a day and a nurse was always available when needed.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

It took days to get meds and basic care resulting in skin rashes and various health issues. I was genuinely afraid. The best way I can describe it is gross negligence, poor to almost no communication, and empty promises.

This facility has a concerning pattern of repeated deficiencies across multiple care areas, with families filing complaint reports that triggered inspections. The most recurring problems involve infection control, care planning, and medication management, with infection control issues appearing in four separate surveys from 2021 to 2025. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the persistence of similar issues over years suggests ongoing quality challenges that families should carefully evaluate.
