Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given the high praise for your therapy teams, how do you integrate those physical and occupational therapy sessions into the daily routine for residents?
  • 2I noticed that parking can sometimes be a challenge; are there specific times or designated areas you recommend for families visiting their loved ones?
  • 3With a 3-star staffing rating, how do you ensure that residents receive timely assistance when they press their call lights, especially during shift changes?
  • 4Could you walk me through your protocols for handling medical emergencies or sudden changes in a resident's health status during the evening or weekend hours?
  • 5I see there have been some recent state health inspections; what specific steps has the facility taken to address those findings and improve the quality of care?
  • 6Since the facility has a smaller capacity of 56 residents, how does this size influence the variety of social activities and the sense of community for those living here?

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy team was outstanding, focused, encouraging, and clearly invested in his progress. Nursing and support staff were attentive, responsive, and treated him with genuine kindness and respect every day.

Family of a recent inpatient · Mar 2026★★★★★

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Lawrence Rehabilitation Center. After suffering a traumatic injury from a gunshot that led to a brachial plexus injury and significant atrophy in the lower part of my body, I was in one of the most difficult periods of my life—physically and mentally. From the very beginning, my inpatient therapists, CJ and Brittany, treated me with a level of care, patience, and humanity that I’ll never forget.

The physical building is older but updated and super clean. We are thankful for Lawrence Rehabilitation
