Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

Have a client stay there took them over 2 1/2 hours to respond to several emergency calls from his bed! I called the front desk stating that my clients (who is oxygen depen5) oxygen machine was failing multiple times and took them over 1 hour to get it solved!

Caregiver/Client representative · 2022☆☆☆☆

My Mother who was only in the center for 48 hours, She was put in a diaper and was even told to do her business in that. She would ring for someone to put her on the bedside commode and it would take an hour for someone to come and assist.
