What this means for your family

While the facility has received praise for end-of-life care, the recurring reports of severe understaffing and lack of basic cleanliness are major red flags. If you are considering this facility, perform an unannounced visit to check the state of resident rooms and observe staff-to-patient interaction levels during off-peak hours.

Key Review Excerpts

Great end of life care for my Dad. The staff were great to work with. They were kind, gentle, and professional.

Family member of resident · 2025★★★★★

I’m actually embarrassed that My Father has to be in this facility.. I have no say so.. HOWEVER… His room is Always A MESS.. I ask for a broom, dustpan, clean trash bags etc.. and the lady had the Nerve to get an attitude saying “we can’t do that, there’s no housekeeper”..

Family member of resident · 2026★★☆☆☆

The nurses arent necessarily rude or anything. They just seem so over worked and under staffed that people cant get the attention they need. Ive had medical issue for several days, and cant get anyone to help.
