What this means for your family

This facility offers an exceptionally clean environment and high-quality dining that many residents enjoy. However, because of a documented instance of severe neglect regarding wound care, families should specifically ask about their protocols for pressure sore prevention and skin integrity monitoring.

Families can expect a clean, beautiful environment with high-quality, home-cooked meals prepared by an experienced chef. Key Review Excerpts

The residents are treated with love, dignity and respect. The home cooked meals are absolutely delicious and fresh, as there is an experienced Chef in the house trained in the international cuisine.

I am an RN that helps managers and or owners with their service plans. In all my visits to this house I have only seen good care administered to the residents. The home has always been very clean in appearance

Registered Nurse/Professional observer · 2024★★★★★

I strongly urge anyone considering putting a loved one there to NOT do so. She had a bad bed sore from sitting in her recliner too enough so the staff was supposed to make sure she slept on her side by propping her up with pillows.

A review of facility documentation revealed disaster drills were conducted at the facility on June 3, 2023 on the first and second shifts. No other documentation of disaster drills conducted at the facility was provided for review. 3. In a joint interview, E1 and E2 acknowledged a disaster drill for employees was not conducted on each shift at least once every three months.
