What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded by many for its cleanliness and the warmth of its nursing staff, particularly for those benefiting from their specialized programs. However, families must exercise extreme caution and perform rigorous on-site checks, as there are documented, severe instances of call-light neglect and inadequate medical monitoring. We recommend asking specifically about their protocols for responding to call lights and how they monitor high-risk patients during night shifts.

Families often praise the facility for its clean environment and the compassionate, professional nature of the nursing and physical therapy staff. However, there are extremely serious allegations regarding medical neglect, lack of responsiveness to call lights, and inadequate monitoring of high-risk patients. While many find the care and specialized programs like Korean Worship to be a blessing, others report traumatic experiences involving patient death and hygiene neglect.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff was very professional yet kind and understanding. It’s not simple having having to place your elderly parents in nursing care but I was reassured and witnessed that they were in excellent hands!

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

The facility was very clean and the staff genuinely cared about her struggles. I was always updated on her condition or needs, which helped me feel she was well taken care of.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The amount of times my dad has called me crying because he is being ignored and neglected is absolutely sickening. He is in heart failure and is legally blind they keep turning his call light off and he's been yelled and screamed at more then once.
