Key Review Excerpts

Wonderful staff and facility with one very large exception which is why I only give 4 stars. My father is very happy with his apartment and all of the services and staff. However, as with so many places these days decisions were made to cut costs.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★

I like Kings Grant the residents are great but when it comes to a few members of staff that's another story. Also you would think for the amount of money the residents pay to be there everything would be in order and up to date but its not they shouldn't charge what they do unless everything is renovated

Resident's family member · 2021★★★★

Both parents had been here in the past for rehab and had excellent care... BUT this past November 2016 my father fell out if bed 2 times. He injured his shoulder and the facility just said we monitored him after the fall he seems ok.

3-year lookback · Medicare 2026

1deficiencies
Well below state avg (14.5)

King's Grant has a pattern of safety and maintenance deficiencies across multiple surveys, primarily involving fire safety systems, electrical equipment, and emergency preparedness. The facility has repeatedly struggled with sprinkler system maintenance, emergency lighting, and evacuation planning, with some issues recurring across different inspection years. While all documented deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring nature of safety-related problems suggests ongoing maintenance challenges that families should discuss during visits.
