Key Review Excerpts

My mother went in with a broken back not able to move three months ago. She was discharged today walking with a walker. The family is so incredibly happy with the center.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

The after-school Asian group from next door has been using the hospital cafeteria for their meetings. They talking very loudly. Because of this, patients often have no available tables to use.

Visitor · 2025★★★☆☆

I had high hopes for this facility after reading positive reviews. My father, who has dementia, was sent to King David for rehabilitation. When he arrived, he was not walking, and unfortunately, when he left, he still could not walk and was in worse condition than when he initially arrived.

5 complaint-triggered

This facility has faced recurring concerns with families filing complaint reports in 2024 and most recently in December 2025, triggering federal inspections. The main problem areas include care planning and resident assessments, fire safety systems, and resident rights protections. While all identified issues show correction dates from the provider, the pattern of repeated deficiencies in care planning across multiple surveys and recent complaint-driven investigations suggest ongoing quality challenges that warrant careful consideration during any visit.
