Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother has been in here due to a broken hip and has a feeding tube. Nurses are not wearing gloves when touching her feeding tube port (they should be wearing PPE) they take over an hour and a half to answer my grandmothers call lights.

Grandchild of resident · 2026☆☆☆☆

The staff are wonderful and caring to residents and eachother. I see some bad reviews from years ago but since then they have received new management and staff.. I would send my loved ones here.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

Equipment (in-house phone and call buzzers didn’t work, no access to bathroom until my husband moved stuff out. They charged for 2 days and I was there maybe 14 hours.

16 complaint-triggered

Families filed multiple complaints triggering inspections, revealing recurring problems with nursing care, food service safety, and medication management. Issues include inadequate staffing, unsafe food handling, improper medication practices, and poor daily care assistance. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated problems across multiple surveys and complaint-driven investigations suggests ongoing care quality concerns that families should investigate thoroughly before placement.
