Questions for Your Tour

  • 1It’s wonderful to see how much the management engages with the community online; how does that same level of communication translate to how you update families on a resident's daily well-being?
  • 2We’ve heard great things about the dining experiences here, so could you tell us more about how the menus are tailored to meet the specific nutritional needs of those in memory care?
  • 3The programming here sounds incredibly robust; could you share some examples of recent field trips or outside programs that the residents have particularly enjoyed?
  • 4Since this is a smaller, intimate community, how does the care team ensure that each resident's specific routine and personal preferences are maintained?
  • 5In the event of a medical emergency or a sudden change in health during the night, what is the specific protocol for notifying the family and coordinating care?
  • 6With the recent state inspections, what specific steps has the facility taken to ensure that all care standards and safety protocols are being exceeded?

Key Review Excerpts

I am so thankful for Juniper Wellspring for my mom. They are so kind, have a lot of activities, know my mom well after a very short time there, and for the first time in a while, I was able to go on vacation knowing mom was in good hands. I can text staff to see how her day is going, and they get back to me usually under 5 minutes.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

The endless activities are only surpassed by the genuine, top of the industry care shared by ALL of the staff from nurses to caregivers, to program directors, to maintenance and housekeeping personnel. I am constantly amazed at the outside programs brought in and for the constant field trips offered.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

What stood out immediately was the atmosphere. Residents were clearly free to be who they are, without unnecessary limitations, while still being supported in an environment that felt safe, calm, and thoughtfully designed.
