What this means for your family

While the facility previously held a strong reputation for rehabilitation, recent reports of poor hygiene and inadequate supervision are significant red flags. We strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to observe the current environment and asking management specifically how they have addressed recent concerns regarding resident safety and fall prevention.

Jolley Acres Healthcare Center presents a stark contrast between historical praise for its rehabilitation services and recent, highly concerning reports regarding resident safety and facility environment. Key Review Excerpts

My father stayed at Jolley Acres for a few weeks while recovering and regaining strength. He fell and broke his hip and the next day his sister fell and broke her hip too. I find it really suspicious and ridiculous that 2 elderly people with memory issues weren’t being monitored more thoroughly.

Family member of rehab/memory care patients · 2024☆☆☆☆

I stopped by here for an unannounced tour. My very first impression was the staff was rude and unwilling to help me. There was a very large gathering of staff right near me. The building had a strong stench. I heard a staff member yelling at a resident to get away from the door.

Prospective family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

Awesome staff and the Rehabilitation center is the BEST. My mother has received the most compassionate care and I could not be happier with the way she has been treated.
