Key Review Excerpts

My husband was at Jerseyville Manor for a month and I can't say enough about the care he received there. The staff was wonderful and very caring, everything was clean and the meals were pretty good too.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

I work in the field so when I needed a skilled nursing facility for my Dad I knew exactly where to take him and I've been extremely pleased and appreciative of the care and therapy he has received thus far.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My Dad went to the bounce back part of Liberty Village, and got extremely worse... They refused to follow doctors orders. We had to remind them every time we went there what needed done. The communication from top to bottom is almost non existent.

2 complaint-triggered

Jerseyville Manor has concerning issues with fire safety deficiencies recurring across multiple surveys and two complaint-triggered reports regarding resident protection from abuse and neglect. The facility shows persistent problems with fire safety systems, building construction requirements, and food safety standards. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated fire safety violations and families filing complaints about resident protection raises red flags that warrant careful consideration before placement.
