What this means for your family

While many families report excellent therapy and compassionate care, there is a persistent pattern of serious hygiene complaints, specifically regarding bedbugs and roaches. Before choosing this facility, we strongly advise you to conduct an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of the rooms and ask management directly about their pest control protocols and staffing ratios.

Key Review Excerpts

I only visited my mother 3 times and everytime I have seen roaches crawling around my mother's bed and in her room. I also seen roaches crawling around in one of the visitors bathroom.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mom has dementia and the over medicated her to keep her quiet so they didn’t have to deal with her. Sent her to the hospital when I called to complain for a Psych evaluation. She had a UTI!

Dementia patient's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The staff here are wonderful and angels taking such good care of my mom. I never had to worry while in their care. Such a hard job and I commend these very special people.
