A relicensure survey was completed on 1/31/24. No deficiencies were cited. THIS PORTION OF THE REPORT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.No response is necessary.The residence was advised it must review and maintain the following processes in accordance with existing program regulations found at 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 7.7.12 Personnel files for current employees and volunteers shall be readily available onsite for Department review.13.4 The house rules shall list all possible actions which may be taken by the assisted living residence if any rule is knowingly violated by a resident. House rules shall not supersede or contradict any regulation herein, or in any way discourage or hinder a resident' s exercise of his or her rights. House rules shall address, at a minimum, the following items:(A) Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers14.21 The assisted living residence shall be responsible for complying with authorized practitioner orders associated with medication administration except for those medications which a resident self-administers.
