What this means for your family

Ingleside at Rock Creek offers a high-quality environment for independent living with excellent social programming. However, families seeking rehab or assisted living should be cautious; multiple reviewers have reported significant delays in caregiver response times and poor communication. We strongly recommend observing the nursing floor during a weekend or evening visit to assess staffing levels firsthand.

Key Review Excerpts

The huge problem with Ingleside Rock Creek is with the aides that perform the vast majority of the face-to-face work with residents... there were multiple occasions where the wait exceeded an hour.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

First, summoning caregivers is extremely difficult. Despite the brand-new facility, they provide little school bells - tinkle bells - for calling staff. Staff only hear them if walking by, and there’s no accountability if there are long wait times.

Rehab patient's family · 2023★★★☆☆

Steve Noel's tour was just perfect. He answered all our questions, patiently and thoroughly and then customized the walk-around to our interests.
