Key Review Excerpts

My dad is unfortunately in this place right now. There was only one aid on his floor last night, he couldn’t get my dad up out of the chair, so my dad had urinated on himself. He called us to come help him, but when we got there the guy had someone else to help him, didn’t apologize or speak.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

Mom is in the memory care unit at Holston Rehab. Soon it will be 3 years that she's been there. Staff is caring & skilled. They are friendly and reactive to requests. It was hard having Mom move out, but our relationship has improved greatly since she became a resident.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

I wouldn't leave my dog here. The physical therapy folks, I will say, are good at their job. But that's where the good things end - this facility is too understaffed, and the good staff are too underpaid to stay.
