Key Review Excerpts

My dad revived great care from the nurses and their aides during his time there. When it came time to insert a catheter after a failed trial without it, it took multiple tries from different nurses. They finally contacted their hulking manager who was successful in placing the catheter all while talking my dad through it and minimizing his discomfort.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

This place is really dysfunctional. My mom's discharge was a complete joke. She was sent home without home health in place and not sufficiently taught how to feed herself through her g-tube.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Because Empres didn't pay attention to my medical needs I lost all my toes on my right foot. Their wound specialist kept telling me he was going to check my right foot but when he said he'd be there to inspect it he would just check someone else and then disappear.
