The inspection was a Case Management visit conducted following a previous complaint. During the facility tour, two deficiencies were noted regarding oxygen safety protocols. Specifically, required signage was missing, and unsecured oxygen tanks were observed.
No "No Smoking-Oxygen in Use" sign was posted where resident R1 had oxygen in use. Additionally, two oxygen tanks were observed that were not secured.
