What this means for your family

The facility offers a beautiful environment and highly effective physical therapy, making it a strong candidate for rehabilitation. However, because multiple families have reported inconsistent staffing and poor responsiveness, we strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe the floor activity yourself before committing.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility is wonderful, however, the staff is exceptional. That is what makes a rehab facility great. Not only was he treated compassionately but also tough when he needed it.

Rehab patient's spouse · 2026★★★★★

The facility is nice but understaffed and the care is non existent. One nurse on who was always going from room to room so not available if needed. The aides were impolite, shouting at the nurses in the hallways, taking forever to answer calls.

Rehab patient's spouse · 2024☆☆☆☆

The health center is beautiful and clean however the care leaves a lot to be desired. The facility is drastically understaffed. There was never a response from the director and it was impossible to speak to or get a response.
