Key Review Excerpts

The PT department is amazing and the folks who work at the facility have done everything they said they would do and more.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

My brother is a patient here... Because of this he is a fall risk and is also dependent on the staff for help. It breaks my heart to see the neglect.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

I’ve watched one of the nurses attempts to double dose my mother her morning pills within 10 minutes of each other. My mother wears a whistle necklace that I bought her around her neck, because they constantly have proven to not to respond to her call button.
