Key Review Excerpts

The entrance & hallways smell of urine and mold. When using the call button , staff members were uncaring and never showed up in a timely manner.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I can almost justify the numerous calls going unanswered because OK, you’re busy and understaffed, but to receive a call from the facility notifying me that a police report had to be filed against two CNA workers while working with my loved one is completely unacceptable.

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

Her wound dressings haven’t even been changed, they haven’t been giving her any clotting medicine, and was left in a diaper and developed a diaper rash so awful it’s bleeding.
