Key Review Excerpts

Hanover Hall has FAR exceeded our expectations. Everyone is friendly, they know our names, they smile when we arrive, they are personable and they love my mom. Hanover Hall does not smell, if you know - you know.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

He died with a gigantic pressure ulcer on his bottom from being left in a chair all day and he stopped eating and drinking a long time ago. The staff apparently didn’t care whether he ate or not.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The staff monitored him continuously. I won’t name names because there was so many I would miss someone. There were so many staff members that came in and sat with him holding his hand.
