Key Review Excerpts
“The staff at Hampton Place are caring, attentive, and communicative. The facility itself is beautiful, and you never have to worry about your loved one being placed with another resident.”
“The nursing staff did not keep up with her pain medication and would allow her to lay in bed for hours screaming in pain. Several times we showed up and could hear my grandmother screaming from the hallway for help because she was not capable of pressing her help button and the staff would be sitting on the couch ignoring her.”
“They are understaffed on the hospice wing & don't even try to help. I stayed all night because I was scared to leave my mother there by herself. Those promised 2 hour checks never happened.”
RN hours are below the EveryPlace reference benchmark. RNs handle complex medical needs and medication, so ask about coverage during your visit.
Reference benchmarks (0.75 RN and 4.1 total nursing hours per resident/day) are comparison targets, not current federal minimum requirements.
