Nursing is very reluctant to allow the aides to do any physical transfers without the use of a mechanical lift, which limits the progress that can be made.”
“They do not fix the heat in elderly patients rooms who have breathing problems so it's constantly on and far too hot! You can press call button and nobody comes specifically if it's after visiting hours staff is no where in site.”
