Key Review Excerpts

After four wonderful years at Marble Falls Assisted Living, Mom made the decision to move closer to family in Austin. It was a tough decision because Mom was so incredibly happy here, making great friends, eating the best of the best food, exercising, playing cards and bingo ( which she loved winning) and enjoying the wonderful staff.

They have the best food, and they are super friendly. It is really clean, and there are lots of activities everyday. The apartments are really cute, and have their own decks or white picket fences!

$59,345 in fines

Granite Mesa Health Center has a concerning pattern of deficiencies with multiple complaint-triggered violations, indicating families have reported problems including a serious abuse case in January 2025. The facility repeatedly struggles with resident assessments and care planning, resident rights protections, and quality of care issues. While all violations show correction dates, the recurring problems across different surveys suggest ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully consider.
