What this means for your family

While Glenbrook offers an engaging activity program and a welcoming environment for some, the recurring reports of medical neglect, poor hygiene, and medication errors are critical red flags. If you consider this facility, you must conduct an unannounced visit and specifically ask to see the protocols for medication administration and call-light response times.

My wife was in your place for 1 day and I pulled her out for lack of care. We complained to our insurance company and you lied saying it was to early to get her pain meds. Lie. She never got any pain meds or her regular medicine

4 complaint-triggered

Families filed complaint-triggered reports resulting in deficiencies for pressure ulcer care, treatment planning, and financial protection issues. This facility shows persistent problems with fire safety systems, emergency preparedness, and basic care delivery across multiple surveys from 2022-2024. While all deficiencies were reportedly corrected, the recurring patterns in safety systems and clinical care areas suggest ongoing operational challenges that families should investigate during visits.
