Key Review Excerpts

The nurses and aides are knowledgeable, attentive, loving, patient and treat our Mom as if she was part of their own family.

Memory care family member · 2021★★★★★

I went to see them everyday and I had to go to the nurses station everyday to request a clean pull-up or that they be bathed. There were a few hard working nurses, but for the most part they sat and ate cake or wouldn’t even look up from their computer screens.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The facility is kept VERY CLEAN and each resident is treated as an individual. They did everything in their power to make him comfortable and also assist me in dealing with his condition.

Families have filed multiple complaints that led to serious deficiencies including resident abuse and neglect, improper restraint use, and medication errors, with the most recent complaint in September 2024. The facility repeatedly struggles with care planning, medication management, and infection control, with issues persisting across multiple surveys despite reported corrections. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of recurring problems in core care areas raises concerns about sustained quality improvements.
