The owner uses highly templated, repetitive language to respond to all reviews. While they acknowledge the reviewer by name, the substance of the response relies on a standard script of expressing concern and directing the user to a corporate hotline.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff truly care for their residents and are striving for excellence in all aspects. Georgia Manor has a more personal feel to it than some of the fucking bigger facilities which is refreshing.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

I had a great experience with the staff I say that because they listen Liz is very passionate and understands the type of care the patients require and her staff follow that my uncle was homeless and they took him in I’ll be forever grateful

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The aides are to busy on their phones and outside smoking, to do their job. Housekeeping hasn’t cleaned my mom room in over a lot of week. They aren’t giving her her baths as scheduled. They have OD her 3xs on her meds.
