Key Review Excerpts

My parents are living here. The staff worked to get them a room together and I have seen other rooms with both couples. Skilled nursing takes medicaid. Assisted does not. Parents day the food is very good. Nurse staff is fairly attentive but as usual are somewhat short and a wait is often experienced.

Thank you to the entire team at Friendship Manor, especially in the Memory Care Unit where they provided loving, caring and compassionate care for our mother. She enjoyed the staff who were so kind and loving.

I live at Friendship Manor in a lovely apartment in Independent Living. Not one moment of regret in making this decision. I’m so glad I made this decision while I am still able to be active, participate in activities that interest me, of which there are many.

This facility has recurring safety concerns, with families filing four complaints that triggered inspections, including a recent unresolved accident hazard issue from January 2026. The most persistent problems involve accident prevention and supervision, fire safety systems, and abuse/neglect reporting. While most deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated accident hazard violations across multiple years and the recent uncorrected safety issue warrant careful consideration during any visit.
