How They Respond to Reviews

10%response rate
Generic

The owner uses highly repetitive, templated responses that follow a nearly identical structure for every review. While they acknowledge the reviewer by name, they fail to address the specific allegations (such as medication errors or specific staff names) and instead rely on a standard script to redirect users to a hotline.

Key Review Excerpts

The food is also good which is a rarity in these type of places. Don't let the shiny newer homes fool you. Fortress is an older building but let me tell you it is by far better than these brand new "nicer" places.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My mom was checked into this facility today after having hip surgery replacement this past Wednesday. She had to call me to come pick her up from this horrible place. So me, my and our daughter go to pick her up. My mom tells me when I get there that they haven’t given her any medicine since she arrived and no walker to get up to go to the bathroom.

Rehab patient's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The social worker was extremely helpful in solving our unusual problems with getting my mother admitted and on medicaid pending and finally medicaid now. My mom loves the food there and the kitchen creates awesome meal plans for every resident.
