Key Review Excerpts
“It takes anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes before his call button is answered. When the iv bag is empty and starts beeping he has to get out of his bed and turnoff the beeping because it is a long time before someone comes to turn it off.”
“My father has dementia and some mobility issues. He recently had several falls in one day. After a few days in the hospital, he was discharged to rehab. Fairview Manor was the only facility available. We would have been better off not sending him at all.”
“The therapy dept is very nice and there are plenty of sitting areas to visit with family. They seem to be working towards overall improvement of the facility and staff, which takes time.”

3-year lookback · Medicare 2026
Families have filed multiple complaint reports against Fairview Manor, including serious concerns about abuse protection and inadequate nursing staffing levels. The facility shows recurring problems with nursing staff coverage, safety hazards, and fire safety systems across multiple surveys from 2023-2025. While the facility has correction plans for these deficiencies, the pattern of repeated issues in critical care areas suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully evaluate.
