Key Review Excerpts

Every time I go to visit my Mom her diaper needs changed and the last time she soaked her pants and the pad underneath on her wheel chair. This place has gone way down hill and they weren’t giving her blood thinner medication for God only knows how long.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

The company seems more concerned about keeping the rooms filled over seeing to the needs of the people in those rooms. The were constantly short staffed, and the residents suffered because of it.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Keshia and Heather helped to make his transition as smooth and welcoming as possible. Everyone treats him like royalty! I'm glad we chose this home for him.

Englewood Health and Rehab has a concerning pattern of recurring issues, with families filing reports that led to 15 complaint-triggered deficiencies. The facility shows persistent problems in medication management, fire safety systems, and resident care planning across multiple surveys from 2020 to 2024.
