Key Review Excerpts

The nurses in the Applewood unit are great. Numerous times they spotted a medical issue, notified me immediately, and formulated a plan, thus preventing a minor issue from quickly becoming something worse.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★

Weekdays have great care but weekend staff is all agency not friendly and dangerous. Stay with family on weekends and check their meds and make sure if they are confused you have help to feed them or they don’t get fed.

Rehab patient's family · 2022★★★☆☆

The building itself is a little dated and could do with some renovations, but I found the staff there to be kind, caring, and responsive, and Sherry’s coordination and communication with me was excellent from the start.
