Key Review Excerpts

Our mother is currently a resident there and has been for almost 6 weeks and I will say that all of the staff from the cleaning staff all the way up to the Don go out of their way to make the residents comfortable, to address the family's concerns and to make sure our loved one is traded with the utmost care and respect.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My mother has called me everyday crying from this facility. She claims the nurses are rude and argumentative

Resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

I want to give recognition to Lori Reed and the other kitchen staff. We visited yesterday the temperature is over 100 degrees. There is no air conditioning just fans. Can you imagine how hot the kitchen is? In addition I noticed signs all over on appliances they need that they were "Out of order".
