What this means for your family

While the facility is physically clean and offers excellent rehabilitation therapy, recent reports suggest significant lapses in nursing oversight and communication. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and ask specifically about current nurse-to-patient ratios and the facility's process for notifying families of medical changes.

Key Review Excerpts

My Grandpa made a better than anticipated recovery at ECHRS following a stroke due to the exceptional care he had recieved from outstanding, compassionate staff members who consistently went above and beyond for him.

Grandchild of rehab patient · 2017★★★★★

The facility is clean as mentioned. The people are wonderful! Rehab therapists are the absolute best! The food on the Patient menu can be problematic if you’re on restricted type diets and the special diets are not up to date with the related associated foundations.

Patient/Visitor · 2025★★★★★

My dad went here for rehab. Definitely NOT what we expected. Very disappointed. Did have a couple nurses/aides who knew how to do their job. Too many errors and poor patient care. DO NOT recommend.
