Key Review Excerpts

My mom has dementia and had hip surgery and was there to help her walk again. When we brought her home we realized they didn't change her (diapers) like they should and she was SEVERELY raw on her bottom.

Memory care family member · 2018☆☆☆☆

The therapy people are nice but the people that are supposed to be watching the patients do a very bad job. If you push the call button you better not be in a hurry, it takes them a long time to show up.

Family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

The staff had total responsibility of changing and dressing me and helping me into my wheelchair. They did a great job. My other support system was the physical and occupational therapist. They are responsible for the great success I had in my sessions.
