A relicensure survey was completed on 11/19/24. A deficiency was cited. Based on record review and interview, the residence failed to ensure there was at least one staff member on-site at all times with current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), affecting six current residents.Findings include:1. Record ReviewOn 11/19/24, staff CPR certifications were reviewed and revealed that Staff #1-#3 did not have CPR certification that included a hand on skills assessment.The staff schedule, dated 10/1/24-11/19/24, revealed Staff #1-#3 regularly worked alone and did not have CPR certification that included a skills assessment. 2. InterviewOn 11/19/24 at 10:45 a.m., the administrator stated he was unaware of the requirement for CPR to include a skills assessment. He further acknowledged Staff #1-#3 had certification in CPR that did not include a skills assessment.
