What this means for your family

While Eagle Pointe Place offers a clean environment and engaging activities, there is a concerning pattern of high staff turnover and reports of inconsistent emergency response. We strongly recommend that you ask management for their specific protocols regarding medication administration and how they ensure adequate staffing levels during weekends and emergencies.

Key Review Excerpts

My aunt was living there and one night she fell and they had to wait for the ambulance to come and help pick her up the carestaff Brandy laid on the floor next to her and kept her calm until the ambulance got there.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

The management of the property is awful. The Enlivant Company. Lots of staff turnover. Seniors will not thrive in this environment in times of Covid. My mom was there from June 18th to October 24th. Her cognitive abilities declined markedly.

Long-term resident's family · 2020☆☆☆☆

I recently observed at Eagle Pointe Assisted Living involving a resident who appeared to be choking. The situation and the response by staff were concerning enough that I feel it is important to report what I observed.
