Families should exercise extreme caution due to serious allegations regarding medication mismanagement, severe bedsores, and unprofessional management behavior. While some residents have experienced successful rehabilitation and found the nursing staff to be kind, there are recurring reports of poor communication, including full or unanswered phone lines and a lack of empathy from management.

Key Review Excerpts

My Mom went thru extensive Rehab, consisting of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy over a two week stay at Driftwood. My Mom entered Rehab on 7 liters of oxygen... and was discharged from Driftwood on ZERO oxygen!!

Rehab patient's family · 2023★★★★★

The positives: the staff- they are kind and caring and were positive and upbeat whenever we spoke to them while visiting.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★☆☆☆

If I could, I would give this facility a NEGATIVE rating. My Dad was placed here after a fall. He should have gotten rehabilitation but was enough narcotics to make him sleep at night and more narcotics to make him hallucinate during the day.
