Key Review Excerpts

She was left wet for HOURS on multiple occasions and her skin was so dry it was cracked open

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mother is on a ventilator so unfortunately this was one of the only facilities to be able to 'care' for her. She rang the call light to be put in bed and and 3 different people came in over 2 hours time to tell her to wait longer.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The facility has many wonderful employees who I see provide exceptional quality care to the residents. They take their time with each person ensuring the residents feel comfortable and loved.
