What this means for your family

If you choose this facility, ensure you have a family member present to advocate for the resident's daily needs and verify that medications are being administered correctly.

Diversicare of Martin receives polarized feedback, with many families praising the facility for successful short-term rehab outcomes and attentive therapy staff. However, recent reviews highlight serious concerns regarding medication administration, responsiveness to call lights, and basic nutritional support for residents attending dialysis. Families should weigh the reported success in physical therapy against significant lapses in daily care and communication.

Key Review Excerpts

They got him back on his feet and back home to us. I would recommend Diversicare of Martin to anyone in need of a skilled nursing facility.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

You could turn her light on for assistance and without them knowing I was in the room it sometimes would be an hour before they would come. Excuse always being short on staff.

Resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

How do you get by with not giving needed medications , and signing that they were given . This resident is alert , oriented and only there for rehab to transition back home .
