Key Review Excerpts
“My Grandmother spent about 12 years at the facility. She recently passed on a Friday and me being the next of kin asked if I could come by on Monday to collect her belongings and they agree to it. When I showed up on Monday morning all of my Grandmother belongings were in a trash bag, just like they were taking out the trash.”
“My mother almost died and they acted like nothing was wrong after multiple talks. They're not attentive and will lie to you about what's going on. Stay on top of checking on your loved ones.”
“I feel I have talked and talked to a nurse about certain situations and have always been told the situations would be taken care of. To our dismay, they only get worse. The work ethics of these in this facility are zero.”
