Questions for Your Tour

  • 1It is so wonderful to see how clean and well-maintained the building looks; what are your current protocols for ensuring the facility stays this welcoming for residents?
  • 2We were very impressed with how professional the admissions team was during our arrival; how does that level of communication continue between the administrative staff and the nursing team once a resident is settled in?
  • 3Since we want to ensure our loved one is always heard, what is the best way for family members to reach the nursing staff directly if we have a quick question during the day?
  • 4We noticed the staffing levels are rated quite highly; how do you ensure that the nursing assistants are able to provide consistent, attentive care during the busier night shifts?
  • 5What is the process for handling medical emergencies or sudden changes in health status after the regular clinical staff has finished their shift?
  • 6What kind of daily activities or social outings do you have planned to help residents stay engaged and connected with one another?

Key Review Excerpts

My Grandmother spent about 12 years at the facility. She recently passed on a Friday and me being the next of kin asked if I could come by on Monday to collect her belongings and they agree to it. When I showed up on Monday morning all of my Grandmother belongings were in a trash bag, just like they were taking out the trash.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mother almost died and they acted like nothing was wrong after multiple talks. They're not attentive and will lie to you about what's going on. Stay on top of checking on your loved ones.

Resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I feel I have talked and talked to a nurse about certain situations and have always been told the situations would be taken care of. To our dismay, they only get worse. The work ethics of these in this facility are zero.
