What this means for your family

While many families report excellent rehabilitation outcomes and compassionate care, there are serious, recurring reports of neglect and medication errors that cannot be ignored. We strongly advise you to conduct an unannounced visit on a weekend to observe staffing levels yourself and ask management specifically about their protocols for medication safety and family communication.

Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother stayed there for a short therapy stay, and the results were incredible. Before her stay, she could barely walk very far, but now she's able to keep up with her garden and stay active around the house.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

My father in-law was a resident here in the dementia wing for his final few months. My husband and I were so impressed by the care, and love, that he received here. Everyone here really went above and beyond, and treated him as a person with dignity, not just a patient.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆
