Key Review Excerpts

The staff is amazing. The daytime staff is phenomenal and so is the night time staff thank you guys for understanding and taking care of my mother as if she was your own.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

My Uncle and an Aunt was in this facility. They both got skin breakdown, waited up to 4 hrs to be changed when wet or soiled. The CNAs as well as many of the few nurses seemed very unconcerned.

Family member of former residents · 2025☆☆☆☆

Since my grandmothers stay she has been neglected and treated wrong from day one. When trying to find out why and who is supposed to be taking care of her everyone’s answer seems to be “I don’t know”!

Grandchild of resident · 2022☆☆☆☆

$15,924 in fines

Families filed complaints triggering deficiencies in 2023 regarding care planning, safety supervision, and medical records, though all were reportedly corrected. The facility shows recurring issues with fire safety systems and care planning across multiple surveys, plus problems with medication management and building safety. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the pattern of repeated fire safety violations and complaint-driven investigations suggests ongoing operational challenges families should investigate further.
