What this means for your family

While this facility had a strong reputation for quality care in 2020, recent reviews from 2023-2024 indicate a severe decline in standards. If you choose this facility, you must closely monitor your loved one's hydration, hygiene, and meal intake, as multiple families have reported significant neglect in these areas.

Google Reviews

Google Reviews

25 reviews analyzed
Families should exercise extreme caution, as recent reviews describe severe neglect including failure to provide hydration, hygiene, and timely response to call lights. While older reviews from 2020 praise the staff as being like family, much more recent feedback highlights critical issues with patient care and staff attentiveness.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mother-in -law was at Creekside Village Healthcare for several years, the care was top notch. Any concerns about her health , were addressed promptly and explained thoroughly.

Long-term resident's family · 2020★★★★★

My father is in Creekside. He has cold meals everyday. They have a 43 minute response to call time. I have to be there to make sure he gets food and help with going to the bathroom.
