Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★★

The administration woman is horrible and rude without any manners or professionalism. She needs to be fired.

Disgruntled reviewer · 2022☆☆☆☆

Courtyard Plaza was a nice facility. At least until the new director took over. Evelina (last name is unknown, as she never provides it when talking to her) is less than professional. That is stating it nicely.
