Key Review Excerpts
“The staff is super friendly and they explain stuff to you in layman's terms because not all of us are medically knowledgeable and they seem to be taking very good care of my mother while she's there for rehab”
“Unfortunately this could be a very nice facility but because of being understaffed the patients suffer. One day their was only 1 aide for 26 patients and she was so upset she started to cry when I asked her why my mom was all crooked in bed and had food and garbage all of the floor.”
“My grandma spent the last months of her life at a Countryside and the every time I asked her how things were, she said she really loved it. The staff were wonderful with her while we were there, and her room was always clean.”
