What this means for your family

While the facility has a strong reputation for physical therapy and a welcoming admissions team, the recent surge in reports regarding pest control, hygiene, and slow response times is concerning. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend unannounced visits to the specific floor where your loved one would reside and asking direct questions about their current pest control protocols and staffing ratios.

Key Review Excerpts

My husband left Coral Bay july 6th l chose to take him out early due to lack of care and so they chose to keep his medications. When l asked for his medications l was told no because l was taking him out early.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

My husband and I have seen constant roaches around my mom's nightstand and floor. Also my biggest complaint is with the laundry services. We have bought my mom several new outfits, bras, undies over the last couple of years and there is rarely even one of her outfits, undies, or bras ever in her closet.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

The building is old , but housekeeping kept it very clean and sanitized . CNA'S were all hard working and worked long shifts. The nurses are nice and attentive to the residents, they all have the unique ability to multitask and take good care of all of us.
